We realize that many companies claim to be different, but in our case, it’s truly the case. That’s because in everything we do and say, we keep our core values in mind: Vulnerability. Forgiveness. Trust.
Like many countries today, the Netherlands has a knowledge-based economy. As a result, thousands of manual labor jobs are filled by foreign workers. But how humane is it, really, to remove these people from their own social environments simply because we don’t have enough professional manpower to fill these jobs ourselves? If you ask us: it isn’t! We believe the construction industry needs real social innovation. That’s not a choice—it’s a necessity. That’s why we’re developing BIM4Production®.
For us, mutual respect, openness, and transparency are paramount. We understand that long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners have their ups and downs from time to time.
