Jokingly, I’m sometimes given the honorary title of “professional coffee drinker.” I enjoy applying my broad knowledge and experience in the steel and prefab industries to benefit our customers. I listen to their real-world experiences and answer questions about the implementation and use of our solutions. I also contribute ideas and offer advice to improve the user experience with our software. And of course, I’m happy to do all of this while enjoying a cup of coffee.
