By implementing the platform, the company is taking the next step toward further digitizing, automating, and professionalizing its production.
Phased Rollout
The software platform will be rolled out in phases. In the first phase, HAVA will begin working with eleven users on the BIM4Production platform. The Task & Resource, Planning Production, and Quality modules will be implemented. This will provide clarity and control over the planning of available capacity on the shop floor and in the factory. With the Quality module, the company organizes quality assurance based on its own standard, aligned with the Wkb. For HAVA, this step aligns with its ambition to combine craftsmanship with modern innovation, ensuring that custom solutions remain available to its clients.
Room for Further Growth
With the launch of the production platform, HAVA is laying a solid foundation for further growth. This will enable HAVA to continue digitizing its operations step by step in the future, from work planning through to administrative processes.
